Improving Communication, Connection, and Performance
This unique, educational clinic is designed to offer horse lovers of all levels and disciplines new skills to support them at liberty, in-hand, and in the saddle. Lessons include self-awareness exercises, Horse Speak® methods to deepen understanding, and Centered Riding® techniques to improve comfort, balance, and communication in the saddle. This special weekend will lead participants to experience calmer, safer, more enjoyable, and harmonious relationships with every horse they meet!
This special event kicks off Friday night with a two-hour “Meet and Greet” (charcuterie board, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages provided). The following two days will offer four distinct learning themes combining Horse Speak, Centered Riding, and Heidi’s exclusive approach to instruction and training. The best part is YOU get to select what you want to learn!

Participants can “tailor make” their clinic experience by choosing the topics that best suit them and their horses from the lists below. Each session fee includes the Meet & Greet, one meal per day, and one in-hand or mounted session.
The sessions begin with breakfast (AM session) or lunch (PM session), a short preparatory workshop, a ground session, and three mounted sessions.
Highly individual instruction can be provided in private lessons on Monday after the workshop series with Heidi.

Saturday AM Mounted Sessions: (10:30-11:30 & 11:45-12:45) Maximum of 3 per session
- Performance-focused lessons
- Technical support on the flat
- Creating subtle communication for the execution of specific tasks
Saturday PM Mounted Sessions: (3:30-4:30 or 4:45-5:45) Maximum of 3 per session
- Designed for Pleasure, Recreation & Trail Riders
- Improving calmness, connection, and comfort
- Rating speed using natural aids of seat, energy, centering, and breath
- Building confidence and control in group settings
Sunday AM In-Hand Session: (9:15-10:15) Maximum of 4 per session
- In-hand obstacle play
- Working in the “Green Zone” of your horse’s nervous system
- Improving confidence and building mutual trust
- Neck rope option for those working towards liberty. Horses must be mannerly and proven reliable in a group setting.
Sunday AM Mounted Sessions: (10:30-11:30 & 11:45-12:45) Maximum of 3 per session
- Obstacle play
- Working in the “Green Zone” of your horse’s nervous system
- Improving confidence and building mutual trust
- Managing the balance of horse and rider
- Technical aspects of opening and closing a gate
- Neck rope option for those working towards liberty if the horse/rider is ready
Sunday PM In-Hand & Mounted Sessions (9:15-10:15, 10:30-11:30, 11:45-12:45, 3:30-4:30 or 4:45-5:45)
