Deepening Connection & Moving Towards Liberty

These two days will include improving connection and communication with horses. Watch as conversations unfold as participants hone their Horse Speak skills to help their horses feel safe and heard. The messages that will be sent using horse’s own language system are the quickest way to show leadership, protector, and director abilities. After the initial conversations, the horses and humans will advance to in-hand practice, progressing to the use of a neck rope, versus a halter and lead, and then possibly to liberty. Mounted sessions featuring the basics of Centered Riding come next,  offering improved clarity with the goal of obtaining harmony in movement. Communication using subtle gestures, core energy, intention, and connection will deepen the bond and bring every aspect of horsemanship to the next level. A problem-solving session at a nearby farm is included in this event. Only open to auditing. $50 for both days. Call host Susan Smith to register for auditing. 724-494-9613
